Job description

This is a full time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Converge Engineering

Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Executive / Manager will be responsible for identifying

potential clients, building strong relationships, and expanding our client base. The role involves

developing strategic partnerships, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and

collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Business Development Manager will also be

responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Role & responsibilities

- Region wise sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Google

search, offline networks etc. of the decision makers from technical, SCM and Marketing

departments. Focus on companies in the business of chemical manufacturing, oil and gas

EPC, design consultants, companies involved in safety studies and risk assessment

studies.

- Calling the relevant contacts to introduce our company and its services and request for





face-to-face meeting or online meeting in case client is outside Mumbai.

- Maintaining the contacts database on the server.
- Follow up on bids submitted for conversion of bids to sales.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;

researching and recommending new services; recommending profit and service

improvements.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Client Co-ordination

- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client.

Other responsibilities

- Vendor registration, preparing documents as per client’s requirement for submission of

proposal.

- Any other task as given by the management time to time.

Qualification

Graduate with excellent English.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
