Position: Human Resource Manager

- Age: Minimum 35 Years

- Graduate with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management or related discipline with additional qualifications in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Safety, or HR Management will be preferred.

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration, Time Office, and Statutory Compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, on boarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, training, and employee retention.

- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are effectively implemented.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.

- Manage attendance, leave records, shift schedules, overtime records, and manpower reports.

- Coordinate with payroll functions and ensure accuracy of employee-related data.

- Prepare and maintain all HR-related MIS reports.

- Ensure proper coordination with all departments for smooth operations.

- Support management in organizational planning and manpower budgeting.





- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations & handle matters related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable legal requirements.

- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies as required.

- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.

- Conduct safety awareness programs, audits, and training sessions & monitor workplace safety practices and coordinate corrective actions.

- Excellent command over Microsoft Excel, including preparation of formats, reports, and calculations.

- Leadership qualities with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Compensation: ₹8 to ₹10 Lacs CTC per annum, commensurate with experience and suitability.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
