Job Description:

1. Client Communication and Updates:

o Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on resort developments, investment performance, and other relevant information.

o Implement strategies to maintain a positive and inspiring atmosphere within the client community.

o Establish and adhere to a regular schedule for property updates, whether weekly or monthly.

2. Customer Data Management:

o Oversee the management of customer data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.

o Implement systems for effective data retrieval and analysis to support community management efforts.

3. Customer On-boarding Process and Follow-up Mechanism:

o Streamline the on-boarding process for new fractional investors and lessees.

o Develop and maintain a systematic follow-up mechanism to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the overall on-boarding experience.

4. Conflict Resolution and Issue Handling:

o Develop a system for handling customer complaints and conflicts.





o Work closely with relevant departments to resolve customer issues promptly.

o Implement preventive measures to minimize potential conflicts.

5. Internal Communication:

o Facilitate effective communication between the community management team and other departments within the company.

o Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to address cross- functional needs and enhance overall community experience.

6. Customer Engagement Activities:

o Plan and execute customer engagement events and activities.

o Foster a sense of community among fractional investors and lessees.

o Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.

7. ERP

o Access & Management of role assigned in ERP
