Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Branch Manager to lead our Loans and Insurance sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience in financial products, and the ability to manage branch performance, customer relationships, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently
- Lead and motivate sales teams for Loans & Insurance products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and marketing activities
- Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners
- Monitor team performance and provide training/support
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Handle branch profitability, MIS reports, and compliance processes
- Recruit, train, and develop sales executives and advisors
- Maintain proper documentation and operational standards

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in Loans/Insurance/Banking Sales
- Experience in branch handling preferred
- Positive local market knowledge
