Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone. You should be persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products accordingly.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to handle objections and questions confidently.
Follow up on leads and maintain a solid sales pipeline.




Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build rapport with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
