About the Role

Programming.com is seeking an experienced PEGA ORMB Developer with a strong background in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) and the Banking/Financial Services domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ORMB applications while working on enterprise-scale billing, payment, collections, and revenue management systems. This is a development-focused role, and candidates with only production support experience may not be a suitable fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain PEGA and Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) applications.
- Develop and enhance Batch Jobs, Algorithms, Business Services, Zones, Service Scripts, Plugin Scripts, and OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) components.
- Build scalable and reusable PEGA and Java components.
- Perform unit testing to ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Participate in code migration, retrofit activities, deployment, and release management across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance for enterprise applications.
- Develop and support financial workflows related to billing, payments, collections, and transaction processing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with infrastructure, database,



and product teams for resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, ORMB development best practices, and enterprise security guidelines.

Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB)

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on ORMB/RMB development experience.
