Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective Ph.D. applicants.
- Communicate effectively in English with students across India and internationally.
- Understand each applicant’s academic background and career aspirations, and guide them through the Ph.D. admission process.
- Collect and review student profiles (CVs) and coordinate with the internal evaluation team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely communication and engagement.
- Guide qualified prospects through the enrolment process and support successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and application status in CRM systems.
- Provide qualified support to students after enrolment whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.




- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Humanities, Commerce, Science, or Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, student counselling, telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering an excellent student experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
