Job Description – Office Boy

Position: Office Boy
Department: Administration / Support Services

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to provide basic office support, maintain cleanliness, assist employees, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of office areas.
- Handle internal document movement and file distribution.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and basic office work.
- Deliver documents and messages to different departments.
- Support administrative staff in daily activities.
- Maintain stationery and office supply arrangements.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and official requirements.




- Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of office documents.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).
- Good communication and polite behavior.
- Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
- Punctual, disciplined, and well-mannered.
- Previous experience in a hospital/office environment will be an advantage.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
