- Dynamic Gold Infra Ltd. is hiring a Land Acquisition Executive for its solar power projects across Punjab. The role involves identifying suitable land, conducting field visits, coordinating with landowners, brokers, and local authorities, and supporting the land acquisition process.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Land Acquisition, Telecom Site Acquisition, Field Operations, Infrastructure, Surveying, or Renewable Energy are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable land for solar power projects across Punjab.
- Conduct field visits and site inspections.
- Meet landowners, farmers, brokers, and property dealers.
- Collect land details and coordinate document verification.
- Assist in land purchase or lease negotiations.
- Coordinate with legal and project teams.
- Maintain records of identified land and site visits.
- Develop a robust network of local brokers and landowners.
- Travel across Punjab for site identification and surveys.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in any of the following:
- Land Acquisition
- Real Estate
- Property Sales
- Site Acquisition
- Telecom Tower Acquisition
- Liaison
- Field Sales
- Business Development
- Land Survey
- Infrastructure
- Civil Projects
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Degrees in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Agriculture, Real Estate, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
