Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Male/Female)

Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Tele Calling / Inside Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can effectively handle tele-calling activities, generate leads and support overall marketing initiatives. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Follow up with clients and build strong relationships
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies




- Prepare reports on sales activities and performance

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude

- Presentable and confident personality
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Hotel Industry experience is a plus

Location: Hotel Prayana, Near north railway station, Ernakulam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
