OM Hygiene Products is looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strong relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a proactive approach to field sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers across various industries.
- Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and present suitable hygiene solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion of leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B sales or field sales is preferred; freshers with solid communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong lead generation and business development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in meeting clients and conducting field sales activities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
