Job Title : Associate Senior Developer

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Third-Party Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet business and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and improve risk management processes.

- Create and maintain risk dashboards, KPI/KRI reports, and executive-level analytics.

- Perform integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications and data sources.

- Manage platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system performance improvements.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for ServiceNow risk management modules.

- Ensure service availability, system reliability, and adherence to governance and compliance standards.

- Participate in automation initiatives and process optimization projects.





- Prepare technical documentation, workflows, and best-practice guidelines.

Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Hands-on expertise in GRC, IRM, and Third-Party Risk Management modules.

- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, integrations, and platform customization.

- Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance processes.

- Experience in dashboard creation, reporting, and analytics.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.

- Understanding of platform upgrades, release management, and system maintenance.

- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
