About the Role

Inspire Windoors is looking for a proactive and technology-driven AI & Automation Executive to implement Artificial Intelligence solutions and automation workflows that improve business efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in emerging AI technologies, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and digital transformation. You will work closely with different departments to identify automation opportunities and develop AI-powered solutions for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to improve business processes.
- Build and manage automation workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and n8n.
- Create and optimize AI prompts for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Automate repetitive tasks across HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Integrate applications using APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for content creation, lead generation,



customer support, and reporting.
- Monitor automation performance and resolve workflow issues.
- Maintain documentation of AI processes and automation systems.
- Collaborate with teams to identify new automation opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
- Knowledge of automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow creation.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
