Description

End to end management of the shift activities

- Supervising and coordinating proofing activities

- EHS

- To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets

- Ensure the smooth running of the production processes

- Color shade matching with sample jobs or old proofs.

- Proof reading via prints check software.

- Documentation and record keeping of proof samples for future reference

- To provide data for preparing daily reports of no. of cylinder rejected.

- Adherence to all laid down procedures of quality

- Prepare move order for the materials in ERP.

- Entry of Cylinders in ERP.

- Preparing various reports COA reports,



Customer Complaint reports for MIS purpose.

- Check LAB values of the proofs and delta E comparison.

- Ensure compliance with safety measures

- Ensure protected practices at the work place

Qualifications

Must have a technical degree.
