Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to create precise circuit designs and panel wiring layouts for our industrial machinery. You will turn technical requirements into functional, safe, and production-ready electrical schematics. Key Responsibilities Circuit & Schematic Design

- Design electrical circuits for industrial machinery, control systems, and automation.
- Develop detailed schematics including power distribution, control circuits, and I/O layouts.
- Select electrical components like switchgear, breakers, PLCs, relays, and contactors.

Panel Wiring & Layout Design

- Create 2D/3D panel layouts optimizing space, thermal cooling, and wire routing.
- Generate wiring diagrams, terminal block layouts, and cable schedules for the factory floor.
- Produce Bill of Materials (BOM) with accurate component specifications for procurement.

Testing & Compliance

- Ensure all designs comply with international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, CE).
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot panel wiring issues during assembly.




- Update "as-built" drawings based on factory testing and client site commissioning feedback.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / EEE.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel design and wiring layout creation.

Technical Competencies

- CAD Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN Electric P8, or SolidWorks Electrical.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of short-circuit ratings, wire sizing, and voltage drop calculations.
- Component Familiarity: Deep knowledge of industrial automation components (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, etc.).

Soft Skills

- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail to prevent wiring errors on the shop floor.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to optimize layouts for cost, space, and ease of maintenance.
- Collaboration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
