Customer Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and acquire current customers for gold loan products through field marketing.
Generate leads via direct visits, referrals, and local networking.
Build solid relationships with local communities, traders, and small businesses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
Field Marketing & Promotion
Conduct door-to-door campaigns and field visits in assigned areas.
Distribute promotional materials and explain product benefits to potential customers.
Participate in local events, campaigns, and roadshows to increase brand awareness.
Promote VAJRA FINCARE’s gold loan schemes and offers effectively.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain continuous engagement with existing customers for repeat business.
Provide guidance on loan renewal, top-up loans, and repayment options.
Address customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Loan Processing Support
Assist customers with documentation and KYC requirements.
Coordinate with branch staff for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure accurate and complete submission of customer details.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Gather information about competitors’ products, interest rates, and schemes.
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Maintain daily activity reports and lead tracking data.
Recovery & Follow-Up
Follow up with customers for timely interest payments and loan closure.
Support the branch in minimizing overdue accounts and defaults.
Maintain healthy customer repayment behavior.
Compliance & Ethical Practices
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain transparency in communication regarding loan terms and conditions.
Avoid mis-selling and ensure ethical marketing practices.
