Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations and expense records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries accurately.
Track and manage company expenses and prepare expense reports.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain vouchers and proper documentation of accounting transactions.
Assist in monthly and yearly account closing activities.
Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CA) by providing required financial documents.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and maintain accurate bookkeeping.

Required Skills (Mandatory):




2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial record management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, formulas, and data management).
Experience in preparing expense reports and maintaining expense records.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Valuable to Have:
Knowledge of Zoho Books.
Experience in preparing MIS reports.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Experience working with external auditors or Chartered Accountants.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com (preferred).
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
