About the Role
We are a solar EPC company executing solar power (PV) and solar thermal projects across multiple locations. We are looking for hands-on Site Supervisors who are willing to travel extensively and remain based at project sites for most of the project duration.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day installation and commissioning of solar PV systems (panels, inverters, structures, cabling) and solar thermal systems (collectors, piping, pumps, tanks, controls).
Ensure all work is done as per drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
Manage site manpower, material usage, tools, and work schedules.
Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and vendors on site.
Maintain daily progress reports, quality checklists, and safety records.
Support testing, troubleshooting,



and handover of both solar PV and solar thermal systems.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Thermal / Instrumentation or related field.
2–6 years’ experience in solar PV and/or solar thermal project execution; exposure to both is preferred.
Must be willing to travel extensively and stay at project sites for long durations (this is a core requirement).
Basic knowledge of electrical and thermal/hot water systems.
Ability to read basic drawings and follow technical instructions.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
