Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and student focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students toward their higher education goals while working in a target-driven workplace. Candidates with prior experience in academic counselling or study abroad consultancy will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, USA, Ireland, and other study destinations.
Assess students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses and universities.
Guide students through admissions, application procedures, documentation, and visa requirements.
Build solid relationships with students and parents by providing personalized counselling.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments by achieving monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on university admissions, scholarship opportunities, and country-specific requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups using the CRM system.
Deliver excellent student support throughout the admission journey.

Requirements
Experience in academic counselling, education counselling, or study abroad consultancy is preferred.
Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales aptitude and ability to work in a target-based environment.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience)

Experience Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in academic counselling or study abroad consultancy will be given preference. Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
