Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
Sourcing candidates through job portals & social platforms
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating interview schedules with candidates
Candidate follow-ups and status updates
Maintaining recruitment trackers & reports
Candidates with positive communication & coordination skills
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Experience with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) preferred
Robust communication & interpersonal skills
MS Excel knowledge (preferred)
Ability to work in a quick-paced hiring environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
