Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Executive to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations in our paint production unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective production processes, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily production activities as per schedule
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures
Coordinate with procurement and stores for raw material availability
Supervise production workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements




Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
Handle basic troubleshooting of production-related issues

Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of paint manufacturing processes (preferred)
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage shop floor activities
Solid communication and team handling skills
Knowledge of safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in paint / chemical / coating industry
Familiarity with production planning and inventory coordination

Working Conditions:
Factory-based role
May require shift-based work depending on production needs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,316.95 per month
