Key Responsibilities
Handle employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
Resolve employee grievances and provide HR support.
Coordinate with client HR and internal recruitment teams.
Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws).
Verify employee documents and maintain HR records.
Monitor employee engagement, discipline, and retention.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Support payroll by validating attendance and employee data.
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination.
Eligibility
Education: Graduation (MBA in HR is preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an HR Implant / HR Executive in the general staffing industry.
Languages: Positive communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
