In this role, you will identify potential customers, generate leads, build robust client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
Explain products or services and understand customer requirements.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
