Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting industrial machinery, engineering solutions, and recycling plant equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop robust client relationships.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
Conduct technical discussions, product presentations, and client meetings.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful orders.
Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for technical support.
Perform market research and competitor analysis.
Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Visit customer sites for requirement analysis and technical discussions.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts and industrial equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Preferred Profile
Experience in industrial machinery, capital equipment, engineering products, manufacturing, recycling plants, or technical sales.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and industrial customer requirements.
Ability to build long-term business relationships and close deals effectively.
