Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and Repair- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Apple hardware and software.
Hardware and Software Expertise- Maintain a robust understanding of Apple products, services, and repair processes.
Customer Support- Provide helpful and empathetic support to customers experiencing technical difficulties, often on the Genius Bar.
Documentation and Communication- Initiate, document, and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and communicate findings and solutions to team leaders and Apple.
Sales Floor Support- May assist with customer-facing activities on the sales floor.
Learning and Development- Stay up-to-date on the latest Apple products, services, and repair processes.
Education- Educate customers on troubleshooting, product usage, and ways to buy.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
