Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable services.
Provide service knowledge and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Service Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features and benefits of services.
Conduct service demonstrations and explain service specifications.
Address customer queries and concerns with confidence and accuracy.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

6.Service Promotion and Marketing:





-Develop and implement strategies to promote and market our services within the retail space.

-Create compelling promotional materials and displays to attract customers.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
Knowledge of the retail industry and awareness of market trends.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
