Singh Empire is looking for a courteous, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist/Billing Executive to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, handling billing and payments, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a qualified and friendly manner.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Generate bills, process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Maintain daily billing and cash records.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Maintain the reception area and front desk records.
Resolve basic guest concerns and escalate issues when required.
Requirements:
Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
1–2 years of experience in reception, front office, cashier, or customer service roles is preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS systems.
Pleasant personality with solid customer service skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
