Planning and Pre-Construction
Client Consultation: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
Budget Forecasting: Draft and negotiate proposals, develop detailed cost estimates for FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), materials, and labor.
Timeline Development: Establish and manage milestone schedules for design approvals, procurement, and in office trade work. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Procurement and Sourcing
Vendor Management: Select, source, and coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors (e.g., painters, electricians, carpenters).
Order Tracking: Oversee the procurement of materials and furnishings, ensuring they arrive on schedule.
Quality Control: Inspect delivered goods for damages and manage returns or replacements. [1, 2, 3]
Execution and Site Management
In office Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to supervise teams and ensure work aligns with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
Conflict Resolution:



Resolve interpersonal conflicts and troubleshoot in office issues (e.g., clashes between civil and interior works).
Change Orders: Communicate and document any scope shifts, updating client budgets and timelines accordingly. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Project Closeout
Deficiency Lists: Prepare and expedite project punch lists to address any incomplete or sub-par work.
Final Styling: Coordinate the final installation and styling of the space prior to client handover.
Financial Closure: Manage final billing, ensure no line items are missed or double-billed, and confirm client satisfaction

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
