Job Description

Total 01 - 05 years of exeprience in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM): Conducting scheduled maintenance (oiling, lubrication, cleaning) to prevent machine failures.

Breakdown Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults in CNC machines and performing repairs.

Control Systems & Electronics: Troubleshooting Fanuc, Siemens, or other controllers, including PLC troubleshooting, servo motor maintenance, and cable replacements.

Mechanical Systems Repair: Maintaining and repairing ball screws, spindles, tool magazines, Automatic Tool Changers (ATC), and axis drives.

Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems: Servicing pumps, valves, cylinders, and piping systems, including power packs.

Documentation & Spares Management: Recording maintenance activity (history cards),



updating machine performance reports, and managing inventory for critical spare parts.

Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety standards (5S, electrical safety) and maintaining QMS (Quality Management System) records.

Utility Support: Maintaining associated shop floor machinery like Plant light, Electrical, compressors and generators.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
