Requirements
B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification
Valid Nursing Registration (TN Nursing Council preferred)
0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
Ability to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Skills
ICU / Emergency / Ward experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) knowledge
Patient-focused approach with empathy
