Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative architectural designs and detailed planning solutions.
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations in line with project requirements for presales.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct daily production visits to prepare target sheets and oversee on-site activities, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Review and interpret MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings for integration with architectural plans.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and perform accurate quantity take-offs for architectural and interior works.
Assist in cost estimation, material planning, and budget tracking based on BOQs.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation efficiently.
