Plan & deliver learning programs across hierarchy in the company
Implement Leadership Development Program (LDP), Manager Development Program (MDP), Associate Development Program (ADP)
Liaise with recruitment team for administering appropriate inventory when hiring senior leaders.
Develop & manage the employee orientation & induction program
Conceptualize, implement employee communication programs
Lead Employee engagement programs
Lead Employee branding initiatives
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,414.20 per month
