Position: Project Manager – Commercial Interior Fit-Out
Location: Pune
Experience: 3+ years in handling commercial interior fit-out projects
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects
Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects
Track and report project progress, risks, and issues
Manage documentation, contracts, and approvals
Conduct site inspections and resolve in office challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven 4+experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (must have 4+ years)
Solid project management and team leadership skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel,
and other project management tools
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques in commercial interiors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
PMP or relevant project management certification
Experience in high-end commercial projects
