Qualifications
M.Com or MBA- in Finance
Minimum 5 years of experiance in a Sr. Finance Role.
Skilled certifications in Financial Management or Project Finance are an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Finance & Advisory
Provide financial guidance to support business operations.
Review business and project performance and recommend improvements.

Financial Management
Oversee the Group's accounting and financial operations.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial controls.

Financial Planning & Budgeting
Lead the annual budgeting process.
Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and update financial forecasts.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
Review financial statements, MIS reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present financial reports to senior management.

Governance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Identify financial risks and support audit activities.





Project Finance
Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
Review and approve project-related financial transactions.

Treasury Management
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
Monitor receivables, payables, and fund utilization.

Strategic Finance
Support business expansion and investment decisions.
Provide financial insights to improve business performance.

Audit Management
Develop the annual audit plan and coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and stock audits.
Lead the year-end financial closing process and facilitate the preparation of audited financial statements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
