Job Summary

TraceNcode Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, building solid client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to project closure.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other channels.
Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
Present company services and prepare customized proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and project closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.




Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions and smooth handover after deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach, or similar lead generation platforms.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Basic understanding of IT services and software development is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
