IFDA Institute is a leading education and skill development institute committed to providing high-quality professional training programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our network and generate admissions through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers, and other educational institutions.
Identify and secure tie-ups / collaborations with schools, colleges, and institutes for student enrollment, workshops, seminars, and career guidance programs.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers of educational institutions.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and references.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain reports of tie-ups, leads, meetings, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development*, preferably in the education / training industry.

Mandatory experience in handling School, College, and Institute Tie-ups.*
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good networking and relationship-building ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in admissions or education sales.
Existing network in schools, colleges, and educational institutions will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
