Supervise day-to-day execution of residential and commercial construction projects.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Oversee MEP and civil work coordination for smooth execution
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, compliant work setting.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical and execution issues, and ensure timely project completion.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
