Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ year of experience in digital performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a solid analytical mindset and focus on driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) to improve performance and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the creative team on ad creatives and campaign assets.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:




1+ year of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of paid marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work on-site in Delhi.

Preferred:
Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization expertise.
