Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements, fitness goals, budget, and usage needs to recommend the most suitable products.
Guide customers through various product options and explain the differences between models.
Demonstrate product features, specifications, functionality, and benefits through detailed product demonstrations.
Develop in-depth knowledge of all fitness equipment and accessories available in the showroom.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product-related information.
Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the purchase decision process.
Ensure a positive and personalized customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom performance goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of fitness industry experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
