Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, testing & commissioning, and ensuring timely completion of MEP activities as per project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all MEP works at the project site.
Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and civil teams for seamless project execution.
Ensure execution of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, STP/WTP, and ELV systems as per approved drawings.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes.
Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.
Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Relevant certifications in MEP systems will be an added advantage.

Experience
5–10 years of total experience in building construction projects.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
