Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain fiber optic network layouts, including HLD, LLD, permitting, fiber routing, equipment placement, and splicing plans.
Develop network designs using tools such as 3GIS, AutoCAD, or FiberCAD.
Conduct site surveys and collect data for network planning and optimization.
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and field teams to support project execution.
Review contractor proposals and assist with permits and approvals.
Troubleshoot technical issues during network deployment.
Maintain accurate network documentation and stay updated with industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Diploma holders may also be considered).
2+ years of experience in Fiber Optic Network Design.
Proficiency in 3GIS, AutoCAD, FiberCAD, or similar design tools.
Solid knowledge of fiber optic technologies, network design, and deployment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Pay: ₹9,000.31 - ₹28,648.28 per month
