Customer Service Executive (Fresher) – B2C Brand

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Service Executive (Fresher) to join our B2C brand. The role involves customer calling, lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns to generate sales and build robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain products and services to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Support online and offline marketing campaigns.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Assist in promotional activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Candidate Profile
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate or pursuing graduation (Marketing, Business, Commerce, or any discipline).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Confident in customer calling and interacting with people.




Basic understanding of marketing and customer service.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet applications.
Knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
Positive listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
