Job Title: Dedicated Counselling Psychologist (Project-Based)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Counselling Psychologist to join our team on a project basis in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a psychologist who is committed to providing high-quality counselling services while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual counselling sessions as per project requirements.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions.
Participate in regular case discussions and team meetings.
Provide weekly updates and feedback to the Mumbai team regarding project progress, observations, and outcomes.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of psychological practice.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth implementation of counselling services.

Training & Onboarding
Comprehensive training will be provided before independent project work begins.




The selected candidate will undergo a structured training period to become familiar with the project's protocols, tools, and counselling framework.
Successful completion of the training period is required before taking on independent responsibilities.

Eligibility
Master's degree in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical Psychology preferred).
Relevant counselling experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining regular coordination with the central team.
Comfortable with online meetings and weekly reporting.

Commitment
Approximately 10 hours per week.
Project-based engagement with flexibility in scheduling, based on project needs.
Regular weekly feedback and coordination with the Mumbai team are mandatory.
