Principal Tasks:- Receipt of Raw material. Receipt & Issuance of primary packing material Responsibilities:- Check purchase order of Material in SAP with Challan like material name, item code, vendor name, delivery schedule, quantity unit, plant and location of Raw material & primary packing material and filing discrepancy incase discrepancy found in PO. Prepare the physical verification check list. Preparation of GRN after 100% physical verification of RM Receipt & primary PM and maintaining all records as per SOP. Generate barcode labels and affix on each container as per SOP. Shift the material to respective location. Note all duplicate transport copy (GST) and send it to bond room maintain its records Daily verification of weighing balance kept in Receipt area & primary packing material area. In case of rejection shift the rejected material to rejected area and inform to purchase dept. through e mail and receive rejection QC report and file it. Preparation of NRGP gate pass for rejection return. Destruction of rejected primary packing material after proper approval. Follow-up with Q.C for primary packing material approval. Co-ordination and follow-up with all departments for smooth functioning of RM receipt & primary packing material activities.
Receive the process order no. from packing department and do the determination. Dispense primary packing material as per SOP. Debit the process order in SAP. Perpetual & periodic physical verification of all Packing Materials at least once in every six month. Preparation for GMP & other audits in stores. To ensure processes needed for integrated management system for establishing, implementing and maintaining properly in the department. To participate in various awareness training on setting, health and safety. To participate in management review meetings and maintain records of the same. Preparation of Extra consumption report of primary packing material. AR wise reconciliation of primary packing material on continuous basis. Imparting training to subordinates for working as per cGMP and SOP Any task given by seniors on SOS basis. Setting and Health & safety To ensure processes needed for integrated management system for establishing, implementing and maintaining properly in the department. To participate in various awareness trainings on workplace, health and safety. To participate in management review meetings and maintain records of the same.
