HamBOLDS Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoice processing, payment coordination, reconciliations, and finance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience along with a basic understanding of GST and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end invoice processing and accounting activities.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and account-related queries.
Process payment entries, receipts, and accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Track outstanding payments and follow up as required.
Assist in GST and TDS compliance and documentation.
Maintain records of invoices, payment documents, and financial data.
Support monthly closing, reporting, and audit activities.

Qualifications
B.Com or relevant qualification in Accounts/Finance.
1–4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
Positive working knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Robust attention to detail.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
