We are a premier resort dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing and luxurious environment. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable
Oversee daily purchase order (PO) control and ensure proper documentation and approvals
Monitor and manage job orders related to maintenance, operations, and projects
Handle vendor management, including invoice verification, reconciliation, and timely payments
Supervise and coordinate procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
Maintain oversight of storekeeping and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock records and audits
Manage logistics coordination and control for timely delivery and material movement
Lead cost control and cost management initiatives across departments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies




Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management
Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
Coordinate with auditors and manage internal/external audits
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting experience (hospitality/resort experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,PMS, Hotsfot, Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) Mainly hotel softwares
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification
Experience in hospitality or resort industry
Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations
