We are hiring an Electrical Sales Engineer who is responsible for selling our services and meeting client needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential client.

· organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries through voice support.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues.
Maintain client satisfaction and service quality.
Update client records and coordinate with teams when required.
Identify new business prospects and generate leads.
Promote and sell electrical products, control panels, automation solutions, and services.
Sales person to support in client to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing client and develop recent clients.




Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.

Qualifications / Experience

· Education: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering and marketing, business administration, or a related field

· Experience: Experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or electrical product sales preferred.

· Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, client service, and sales skills.

· Technical Knowledge: Ability to relate technical information to nontechnical client.

· Leadership: Good leadership and teamwork skills.

· Continuous Learning: Willingness to continue sales and engineering education.
Salary: 20000 to 30000 + performance incentive
