Role: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 7 -12 years

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, SMS, and display advertising.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to increase ROAS.
Collaborate with creative and product teams to create high-performing content for web and social platforms.
Monitor and improve local SEO for each store location and manage Google Business Profiles.
Manage the companies social media presence including content planning, community engagement, and paid campaigns.
Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM data.
Implement marketing automation workflows (email/SMS) for engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Coordinate digital efforts for in-store promotions,



current store openings, and seasonal campaigns.
Assist with managing the e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion rate.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in [industry e.g., e-commerce, Retail ].
Proven success in driving customer acquisition and retention via digital channels.
Robust understanding of performance marketing, social media strategy, and CRM tools.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
