Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic F&B; Service Associate to provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt, courteous, and qualified service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and recommend menu items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving concerns promptly.
Set up and transparent tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service operations.
Handle billing and payment processes accurately, if required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or equivalent.




1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, lounges, or hospitality establishments preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
