Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Monitor, mentor, and guide the admissions/sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Lead Generation: Conduct college visits, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate student leads.
Admissions Management: Handle and streamline the end-to-end admission process — from inquiry to enrollment.
Reporting: Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, conversions, team performance,
and campaign effectiveness to management
Event Coordination: Organize and conduct webinars, seminars, workshops, and promotional events to boost student engagement and visibility.
Relationship Management: Build robust relationships with colleges, universities, and other institutions for lead generation and brand promotion.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Counseling: Provide career counseling and course guidance to potential students and parents.
CRM Maintenance: Manage student data and follow-ups through CRM tools and admission tracking systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an admissions or sales role, preferably in the education or training sector.
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel locally for college visits and seminars
Target-driven mindset with a passion for student engagement and counseling
